It was so much fun running around the city with Jill & Milan. We found this great orange bench + yellow wall. How happy and peppy, eh? Ironically, it's actually yoga studio. Not the vibe I would expect from yoga.
I thought it was interesting how they first sat on the bench. Reminds me of those first date jitters. :)
Random ally we walked by. Luckily, it wasn't raining when we met up, but it had just poured the day before, so lots of puddles to play with. And of course, the ring shot. :) And a kissing in the middle of the street shot. We blocked traffic. oops! didn't notice that the light had turned red!I was so fortunate to have the opportunity to shoot Wendy & Raymond last week. They are about to have their first baby! I've always found pregnant women so beautiful, but after photographing and documenting a pregnancy, I have a greater appreciation for it's beauty.
Congratulations Wendy & Raymond! Your baby is lucky to have great genes! :)
Boudoir is such a beautiful experience, inside and out. I remember from my own experience, I felt so empowered, confident, and just loved myself for who I was. Not only was I glam up on the outside, but I also FELT good about myself inside. It was such a liberating feeling. I stopped caring about the flaws that I usually over criticize and appreciated myself for who I am today.
It is an even more amazing feeling to shoot boudoir!
I had the joy of spending Friday morning photographying GES mommy , GES daddy and GES! Rain was in the forecast, so we had to find an indoor place to shoot. We ended up meeting at a mall, but there's not much to entertain 3 kids at a mall! Luckily, skies cleared up and we were able to head over to the park.
This picture describes our day. :) As soon as we rounded one, we would lose the other. They have such great energy!
And of course, running leads to falling. Here is E not knowing what to do with all the dirt on his hands:
This is G after warming up to the camera. He kept running away from me for the first hour. lol
GES... or SGE in this picture. :P
Looks like so much fun to have a big family.
Thanks GES mommy for letting me spend a morning with your beautiful family!
