We were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to shoot for Bistro 767 because their food is SO GOOD! We would've been happy working just for food! LOL. They're looking for some new pictures to use on their website and upcoming new promotions/ad campaigns.
I love this shot that J took. I love comparing pics at the end of the day and seeing the different perspectives!
The bartender thought I was weird climbing and laying all over the bar to take these shots. He kept asking, "do you just want to come back here instead?" Afterwards, I showed him the pictures and he said, "Whoa! How'd you do that?" I told him it's just a reflection. "What reflection?" Then he put himself over the bar and exclaimed, "WHOA! I never noticed the reflection on my bar! No wonder you were on my bar!"
And finally, time to EAT! :D J ordered the lamb. It was SO GOOD! The best rack of lamb I've had!
I ordered the scallops! SO YUMMY! perfectly prepared!
Unfortunately, we didn't eat this. This was brought out for us to photograph and we felt awkward asking if we could eat it. LOL
BUT, we DID get to eat this after dinner!! SO YUMMY!
And we got to eat this too. :D SO YUMMY!
So if you're in the area, check it out! Or if any of you are having a wedding in the PV area, this would make a great rehersal dinner spot!

We had such a fun time shooting the Mellon's little girl. This is actually her dad's Valentines gift to her mom. :) He plans to get a canvas print, but I don't know how he would choose one. A multi-panel or series would be cool.
I reminded her that she attended, and that I gave her my bouquet. She couldn't remember.
I told her I'll bring my wedding pictures in the next time I visit. She has seen them too, but I guess she can't remember.
This is my third year volunteering with the Burton Chill program. We bring 200 kids from some of the most disadvantaged neighborhoods to learn to snowboard in a 6 weeks program. Everything is paid for by Burton! If you like to snowboard, you should check out if there is a Chill program in your area. Seeing the kids build self-confidence and their excitement when they see snow for the first time is so rewarding!
Despite the recent deaths in my family, there is a silver lining. With all the hospital stays and funeral, I got to spend A LOT of time with my family. And while in the ICU waiting room, I couldn't resist snapping a few pics of this cute little guy:
I love his innocence. So oblivious to all the sorrow in that waiting room.
